I have experienced profound healing in my life through the practice of yoga. My mission is to guide students through a calm and accessible yoga practice by creating a safe space for them to go within. Through feeling more depth in their bodies, my students open up to new possibilities within themselves, allowing for true growth and transformation to occur.
Jenna graduated from Buffalo State College in 2016, earning the credential of Registered Dietitian. After working in public health for several years, she made the decision to move to The Himalayan Institute in Honesdale, PA to study yoga full-time. In her residence there, she had the privilege of studying under several master teachers and experienced the transformational power of yoga in her own life. She recently earned the designation of 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher from The Himalayan Institute in Buffalo, NY. She is passionate about making this healing practice accessible to those living within her local community.
Having no idea what I was in for, I found the Niagara Gorge Trail to be very stunning! The hike down is a moderate hike. Don't forget your water and good shoes. Jenna kept a close eye on us leading the way down the winding trail.
Jenna's voice is very calming. Her knowledge and professionalism radiates in a calm and easy way making even first time yogis feel comfortable. Her explanations of the poses and modifications allowed for everyone to practice with ease. The class went so fast and I was so relaxed. The hike back up I was calm and I was able to take in nature. Be prepared for your legs to get a workout from stairs!

Whirlpool Gorge Hike & Yoga Class
Im a newcomer to yoga. I appreciate the way Jenna not only describes the poses thoroughly in the class but also what my body should be feeling during each pose. Her pace makes it easy to follow along and have a successful class. I always leave feeling energized, rejuvenated and at peace. I’d recommend her classes to all skill levels.
